(For non-drivers, you can take the train to Naarden Bussum and Jeff has offered to pick up people from the train station for the final leg to his home – max 4 persons per car trip so please let us know who will need a ride).
15.30-15.50: arrive Naarden-Bussum station
16.00: All walkers meet at Jeff’s home to fill our water bottles, etc.
16.00 – 17.30: Leisurely walk in the nearby Gooise Natuur Reservaat (this part is of course optional for those without the time or interest 😉
17.30 – 18.00: Start of our Pot-luck style dinner
20.30: Wrap up and start return trips to Naarden-Bussum
Pot-luck style dinner
- Number of participants needs to be clearly set in advance so that we can agree on type of dishes that will be brought by each person (example types: salad; main; side; desert).
- Each participant will contribute one dish to be shared with the rest of the guests. In this way, dietary preferences can be easily managed.
- In addition to Jeff’s kitchen, his gas grill will be available for food preparation.
- Drink arrangements to be discussed.
- (Please note that Jeff and Sonja have a very friendly dog.)
